Summary of my OKRs 2023

If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.

Personal OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

Over the past five years, I’ve employed OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to measure and enhance various aspects of my personal life. While there has been progress, there is still room for improvement, and I continue to diligently track my development.

In 2023, my primary focus shifted towards my PhD research (an objective called “study”), leading to a relative neglect of financial matters, discipline, self-improvement, and workouts. On a positive note, my attention to relationships maintained a commendable score. Consequently, the overall rating for the year is relatively low, hovering around 0.35/1.0.
