Summary of my OKRs

If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.

Personal OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

Over the past six years, I’ve employed OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to measure and enhance various aspects of my personal life. While there has been progress, there is still room for improvement, and I continue to diligently track my development.

In 2024, I still focus more on study (finally!! finished my Ph.D.). The scores of relationship and health are improved compared to the previous year (YoY). However, the rest (wealth, discipline, and self-improvement) need to be improved, especially for discipline. This is because I got a low score over the past two years. Moreover, I think the goal of study is not high enough, such that I got a full score (1.00) for this year; therefore, this needs to be improved as well. Finally, the overall rating for this year is still low, around 0.4/1.0.

In 2023, my primary focus shifted towards my PhD research (an objective called “study”), leading to a relative neglect of financial matters, discipline, self-improvement, and workouts. On a positive note, my attention to relationships maintained a commendable score. Consequently, the overall rating for the year is relatively low, hovering around 0.35/1.0.
